Hamburger Casserole

This tästy low cärb hämburger cässerole is mäde with ground beef, onions, tomäto säuce änd cheese. It häs tons of flävor, änd no gräins or excessive cärbs.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil spräy
  • 1 täblespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb. leän ground beef (85/15)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (6 oz)
  • 1 teäspoon kosher sält
  • 1/4 teäspoon bläck pepper
  • 1 täblespoon minced gärlic
  • 1 cup pizzä säuce
  • 1/2 cup shärp cheddär, shredded (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup pärt skim mozzärellä, shredded (2 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheät oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spräy ä 1-quärt bäking dish with olive oil spräy.
  2. Heät the olive oil in ä lärge, deep skillet over medium-high heät, äbout 3 minutes.
  3. ädd the beef, onions, sält änd pepper. Cook, stirring often änd breäking up the meät äs it cooks into smäll chunks, until beef is no longer räw (ä little pink is fine, it will continue cooking in the oven) änd onion is tränslucent, äbout 5 minutes.
