These refreshing Crunchy Käle Corn summer roll with cherries änd miso-tähini dressing äre ä breeze on ä hot däy. The spicy älmond crunch is the perfect touch to this säläd roll.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp toästed white sesäme or tähini
  • 2 tbsp white miso päste
  • 4 teäspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup wäter
  • 2 cloves gärlic (minced)
  • ½ teäspoon dijon mustärd
  • ¼ teäspoon sält
  • freshly ground bläck pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lärge bunch käle (äny väriety)
  • 1 tsp oil

  • 2 eärs of summer corn, grilled änd sliced off the cob
  • 4-6 cups mässäged käle
  • ¼ cup shredded cärrots
  • ½ cup pitted cherries, chopped
  • 1 lärge english cucumber, thinly sliced

älmond Crumble

  • 1 cup whole untoästed, un sälted älmonds
  • 2 gärlic
  • 1 tsp gärlic powder
  • ½ tsp sält
  • little pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

To mäke roll

  • Rice päper

Instructions

  1. In ä blender, ädd the white sesäme seeds, white miso päste, lemon juice, gärlic, wäter, dijon mustärd, sält änd bläck pepper. Blend it well änd with 2 tbsp olive oil. Set äside.
  2. In ä lärge bowl, ädd the käle. Mässäge it well for 3-4 minutes with oil, sält änd pepper. Set it äside.
